The Malden Industrial Park has 20 houses available for rent. Even when a house is not vacant, applications are taken at all times for a waiting list. Applicants must keep the application up-to-date to stay on the waiting list. Credit references and previous landlord references are checked. No pets allowed.

 

Land Available: The Industrial Park has over 2,000 acres ofMalden, Missouri land available, in various size sites, for industrial projects. The land has an elevation of approximately 289-295 feet above mean sea level. The slope of large tracts of property could be estimated between approximately zero to four percent or less. Information published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) indicates that the land is located in Zone X, defined as areas determined to be outside the 500-year flood plain.
